Wait to cross

One of those throw away from-the-hip shots that didn't work out the way I hoped and would usually expect to bin. It was the straw hat I was after when I saw this older, well-dressed gentleman in front of me at the cross light. I only got a touch of the hat, but the image continues to grow on me. I suspect partially because the rest of the hat is in my mind, but also I find the textures really appealing: the hat's brim, the folds on the back of the neck, the fabric of the suit.
